10 seconds in and I'm already scared.
listening to the tracks back to back... this definately a great tribute to the original.. you picked up those dark vibes and let them spin. Definately feels more menacing than the the original, but the synth line mimicing ndstgmoe's vocal melody is a great touch.. keeps it from twisting too far away.. y'know? I'm normally not fond of instrumental covers to "vocaled" songs, (yes, I just made up my own verb..) but you've done a great job. It really shows when listening to the tracks back to back..

Very trippy. Excellent layering and top production!
I'm envisioning riding in a small car through a long dark tunnel, but I keep getting out of the car and stumbling into other vehicles, because if I reach the end of the tunnel it spells doom.
Nice visual piece.

Shit dude! I like it. It's constantly developing in a linear sorta fashion. That synth doing the melody is fuggin sweet... with the portamento shit. It's kinda creepy.
I dig. You really made it your own thing.
Carry on.

Woah! All kinds of dark and stormy! Love how slowly you introduce a voice, add another, then another...til it's all there working well together...then you pull back a bit and attack from a slightly different angle...

I know this might not be what you were aiming for, but once those strings enter I really get a Curish feeling. This is partly because of what the mix sounds alltogether (especially with that 80s-string sample as an ingredient) but also because of how the song periodically (up until 2.20) adds layers in a Cure fashion.
What I like about this song is the consistently brooding atmosphere that I feel you create, not least by some nice choices of retro sounds (Like the strings, that I already mentioned).
What I think it's lacking is a development of the melodical ideas: I'd suggest making it more interesting by tying the different melodies closer to each other. What do I mean by that? Well, many of the melodies are simply looping until they drop out of the arrangement and a way to make the song 'richer' and more interesting to listen to, is to create variations in the melodies in a way that makes it seem like they're actually affecting each other (one change produces another and so on). Already you have a few of the sounds playing off against the rythm that the drums create, for instance the distorted sound that enters around 1.09, I feel does this. That sound has a "percussive" quality to it, if you know what I mean? I think the way to go is to take this principle even further by letting one change in one melody affect the melody of another instrument, and so on.
The layers of sounds that enter are interesting in themselves but as a song it kind of feels like a very long intro, but an atmospheric one nonetheless.

definately like this remake, it was sorta reminicent of NIN which is always a winner, i expected vocals, but even without them, the track still carries along and its almost as if the music itself is speaking the vocals without speaking the vocals, very cool.

Interesting. Could use a sax or muted trumpet or violin or something for focus.

That thump! thump! thump! is my heart when I get up on the highest waterslide care: just before I get in an go down but then it's wild and fun. That's what i'm getting from your heavier triped out version of Noah's track Nice lead I love the way the song comes down and bottoms out like the end of aride Great job
